Once you graduate from One-on-One training to group classes we will complete an In-Body assessment. This gives you a baseline of lean body mass and fat mass providing an objective measure of your progress.
The social environment will give you a different sort of push, and will help you reach new heights of fitness. Community is one of our 5 pillars of health.
At the same time, you will continue to work with your Coach for Life on specific limitations in a one-on-one environment weekly, bi-weekly, or every 6 weeks options until you reach the maintenance stage of a quarterly check-in. (our goal for everyone).
